KC Jazz District Makes McCain’s Hit List

The Kansas City Historic Jazz Foundation has made U.S. Sen. John McCain’s earmark hit list.
McCain listed the $143,000 appropriation in the latest federal spending bill.
This is different from President Barack Obama’s stimulus bill.
