Kansas’ new Governor Mark Parkinson laid out his goals this afternoon.
Parkinson spoke to the legislature one day after he was sworn in to replace Kathleen Sebelius. She resigned when she was confirmed as President Obama’s Secretary of Health and Human Services.

A little after 7 pm Tuesday night, Olathe’s Mark Parkinson was sworn as Kansas’ 45th Governor.
