I think you need to go back and study the healthcare law in its entirety. You may be surprised by what you find.

What are exchanges? They are computer programs allowing individuals and small businesses to search the internet to find the cheapest rates for health coverage. What is so un-American about helping people save money so they can hire more employees? They do not have to buy the coverage.]]></description>
