The Kansas Republican Party says GOP Presidential candidate Ron Paul will campaign at Johnson County caucus sites next Saturday, March 10, the date of the Kansas Caucus.
“ Dr Paul plans to speak at caucus sites at 10am, 11am, and noon. He will also visit one or two sites before 10am to speak with the early arrivals”, according to a schedule released by the party, not Ron Paul’s campaign.
The Johnson County Republican Party says they’re preparing for 4,000 caucus goers at each of the seven Johnson County caucus sites.
The Johnson County Republican Party newsletter states, “After “Super Tuesday, “from Wednesday to Saturday next week, Kansas will be the central focus of the 2012 Presidential Campaign — nationally and locally.”
Candidates, Paul and Newt Gingrich have scheduled events in Topeka and Wichita next Friday according to the Kansas GOP.
There are no Kansas campaign events scheduled yet for front-runner Mitt Romney. He and the rest of the field are focused on Tuesday’s 10-state ‘Super Tuesday’ primaries.
