Wind Chill Threat Pushes Brownback Inauguration Indoors

Kansas Governor Sam Brownback’s second inauguration will be conducted indoors because of a threat of dangerous wind chills according to event organizers.
Temperatures were in high tens at dawn with wind chills below zero.
The official swearing-in will now be conducted in the House Chamber.
