Missouri State Auditor Tom Schweich Dead

Missouri State Auditor Tom Schweich, a leading candidate for the GOP Mimi atop. For Governir has died.
Reports say Schweich died of a self inflicted gunshot wound.
Earlier all his office would say, according to PoliticMo, was Schweich
receiving treatment at Barnes Jewish Hospital following what his office called a “medical situation” at his home in St. Louis.

“Auditor Schweich experienced a medical situation at his home this morning. He is receiving treatment at a local hospital. We ask for respect and privacy for him and his family during this time,” said Schweich spokesman Spence Jackson.

Schweich is one of two Republican candidates for governor in 2016.
