Wichita’s Pompeo Rated Most Conservative Kansan in Congress, Yoder 3rd Out of 4

Wichita freshman Republican Mike Pompeo is rated as the most conservative member of Congress from Kansas in 2011, according to rankings from the National Journal.
The non partisan publication ranks Pompeo tied as the 15th most conservative House Member. others at #15 include Rep. Jeb Hensarling (Tx-5); Renee Elmers (NC-2) and Ann Marie Buerkle (NY-25.
Pompeo scored a 91.2 overall conservative ranking; 83 on economic issues; 83 on social issues and 91 on foreign policy issues.
Ks-2 Member Lynn Jenkins is ranked at #36. She is also tied with other members, Jeffery Landry (La-3) and Pete Olson (Tx-22)
Johnson County Republican Kevin Yoder is #47 out of 435 members of the house. He has a overall conservartive score of 84.3, a 90 on economic issues; 74 on social issues and 91 on foreign policy. he is tied with Bill Huizenga (Mich-2).
Another freshman, Ks-1 Tim Huelskamp, is ranked #74. That ties him with Steve King (Ia.-5)
Huelskamps overall conservative score is 74.
