Akin Double Dips in KC for Tax Day Rallies

US GOP senate Candidate Todd Akin
Republican Senate candidate Todd Akin will spend a lot of the weekend in Kansas City.
Saturday at 10 in the morning, Akin And Iowa Rep Steve King will participate in a Tea Party Tax Day rally at the J. C. Nichols fountain near the Country Club Plaza.
Earlier this week, King endorsed Akin’s bid for the Missouri GOP Senate nomination. Both men helped start the House Tea Party caucus.
Both are also scheduled to be at a similar rally later that day at the Capitol in Jefferson City.
Akin and King are set to be back in Kansas City Sunday afternoon for another rally at Thies Park (see previous post).
